High-temperature trolley electric furnace

The 1600℃ trolley furnace can be used for long-term operation at ≤1500℃, with a furnace temperature uniformity of ±10℃. The heating rate is adjustable from 1-15℃/min. It is equipped with an air-cooled double-layer furnace body shell that resists high temperatures, along with an electric side-opening door + cylinder sealing system. It supports automatic temperature control and exhaust, and is specially designed for industrial high-temperature sintering.

Furnace Body StructureThe electric furnace body adopts an air-cooled double-layer structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, which finally cools the heating element conductive plates before being discharged, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive plates and ensuring a good working environment.
