High-Temperature Precision Ceramic Dental Sintering Furnace (as shown in the figure) features an integrated design combining the control system and furnace chamber. The furnace lining utilizes imported vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board materials.

Heating Elements: Silicon carbide rods or molybdenum disilicide rods. This furnace is specially developed for sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials. It is ideal for laboratories of universities, research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises.

Control Panel: Equipped with touch screen control, main power switch, main heating start/stop button, USB interface, lifting switch, and buzzer for convenient monitoring of system status. This product features reliable integrated circuit design, good working environment, and strong anti-interference capability. At maximum temperature, the furnace outer shell temperature ≤45°C, greatly improving the working environment. Microcomputer program control with programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and adjustable temperature control parameters and programs during operation — flexible, convenient, and simple to operate.
