  1. I. Primary Application
  2. This equipment is primarily designed for heating workpieces or materials in a vacuum or low-pressure protective atmosphere environment, aiming to enhance the surface properties and microstructure of components. It can also be utilized for vacuum heating degassing, oxide evaporation, and improving the surface brightness of metal parts.

  4. Maximum Uniform Heating Zone: Maximum working zone: Ø700 mm × 800 mm. Maximum operating temperature: 1600°C (the furnace body is designed and constructed for 1800°C).

  6. Vacuum Level: Ultimate vacuum: 2×10⁻⁵ Pa. The vacuum system achieves 5×10⁻³ Pa from atmospheric pressure in less than 40 minutes (empty furnace). After 24 hours from shutdown at ultimate vacuum, the residual vacuum shall be better than 1 Pa.
  7. Heating Rate: From room temperature to 1200°C under vacuum: ≤ 100 minutes. From room temperature to 1600°C under vacuum: ≤ 200 minutes.

  11. Vacuum Chamber Assembly
    1. Internal dimensions: ≥ Ø1200 mm × 1800 mm.
    2. Bottom-lift lid design for loading.
    3. High-quality carbon steel with painted finish.
    4. Leak detection via helium mass spectrometer and quadrupole mass spectrometer.
    5. Water-cooled double-wall with spiral cooling channels.
    6. Sealed with fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-rings.

  12. Heater & Thermal Insulation Assembly
    1. 2.1 Heater & Insulation: "Three-High" graphite heater with high-purity graphite felt thermal shielding, operable under vacuum or protective atmosphere. High-temperature boron nitride (BN) insulating ceramics ensure electrical insulation and heat resistance. Workpiece support structure (pedestal/table) composed of "Three-High" graphite components to ensure required support strength. Features safe and reliable operation, high-temperature resistance, and long service life.
    2. 2.2 Temperature Control: Measurement and control range: Room temperature to 1700°C. Ultimate working temperature: 1650°C (not exceeding 60 minutes under vacuum). Can operate long-term at 1600°C (vacuum) or 1000°C (gas-filled). Control accuracy: ±1°C. Programmable temperature control via an imported temperature controller.

  13. Gas Inlet System
    1. Consists of gas inlet valves, piping, needle valves, mass flow meters, and fittings.
    2. Two independent gas lines (for breaking vacuum with nitrogen and for introducing protective atmosphere).

    1. Vacuum Pumps: 1 mechanical pump; 1 diffusion pump (including cold trap).
