  1. Long-term operating temperature range: ambient to 1100-1200°C. The furnace door can be opened for material loading/unloading at high temperatures. Linear heating rate allows reaching 1200°C within 2 hours.
  2. Chamber design is box-type with internal dimensions: 1300mm (Depth) × 800mm (Width) × 600mm (Height). Heating elements are evenly distributed on four interior surfaces: bottom, rear, left, and right sides. The chamber features excellent thermal insulation, high thermal shock resistance, no slag shedding, no collapse, rapid thermal cycling capability, uniform temperature distribution, and strong resistance to thermal expansion/contraction.
  3. Sealing between furnace opening and car uses a stepped interlocking structure with quartz sand knife-edge sealing.
  4. Integrated car and furnace door design includes power cut-off upon door opening. Equipped with variable frequency geared motor assembly and chain drive (with variable frequency + combined limit switches) for fast starting and slow stopping functions.
  5. Rear of car features spring-loaded ball catch ring to secure car position and prevent outward sliding.
  6. Car working height: 500mm.
  7. Furnace exterior features decorative panels finished with high-temperature baked paint for aesthetic appearance.
  8. Chamber materials and heating elements must possess excellent thermal shock resistance.
  9. Rear upper position includes one Z-shaped φ40mm exhaust port with plug.
  10. Programmable temperature control via 10-inch touchscreen, paired with SCR power regulator. Capable of setting heating, holding, and cooling program curves with real-time display of program status.
  11. Temperature control: Siemens PLC with PID adjustment and microprocessor control. Programmable temperature curves enable unattended automatic operation (full automation of heating, holding, and cooling cycles).
  12. Control instrumentation: 2-zone temperature control. Thermocouples positioned at chamber top - two for control, one for monitoring.
  13. Electrical components: Schneider brand. Supplier must provide: compensation cables, control cables, and motor cables (35m length reserved) between control cabinet and furnace body. Load cables to be supplied by user. Supplier to coordinate cable routing via bridge trays onsite.
  14. Safety features include over-temperature protection and thermocouple break protection, with automatic cutoff of heating circuit upon activation.
  15. Equipment must include fault alarm system with corresponding troubleshooting instructions.
