The high-temperature precision lifting furnace, as shown in the picture, is an integrated design combining both the control system and the furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of imported MESCHUPP high-purity alumina fiber vacuum-formed insulation boards from Germany, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and durability.
The furnace uses silicon carbide (SiC) rods or molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rods as heating elements. It is specially developed for universities, research institutes, and industrial laboratories. It is widely used for sintering, melting, analysis, and material production in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, and non-metal materials.
The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen interface, including power control, heating start/stop buttons, USB port, lifting switch, and buzzer, enabling real-time monitoring of system status. The product features a reliable integrated circuit design with strong anti-interference performance. Even at maximum temperature, the outer casing remains ≤45°C, greatly improving safety and the working environment.
The microcomputer temperature-control system supports programmable temperature curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and real-time modification of temperature parameters during operation. It is flexible, convenient, and easy to operate.
