As shown in the figure, the 800-1200℃ High-temperature Furnace features an integrated design of control system and furnace chamber. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material.​

It adopts silicon carbide rods as heating elements; it is a special equipment specially developed for laboratories of colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other chemical materials.​

The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, control power switch, main heating on/off button, voltage and current meters, and a computer interface, allowing real-time monitoring of the system’s working status. This product adopts reliable integrated circuits, with a good working environment and strong anti-interference performance. The temperature of the furnace shell is ≤45℃ at the maximum temperature, which greatly improves the working environment. With microcomputer program control and programmable temperature curves, it realizes fully automatic heating/cooling. Temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, which is flexible, convenient and easy to operate.​

Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ without overshoot; Constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃. It has a fast heating rate, with the maximum heating rate ≤15℃/min.​

The furnace chamber is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight aggregate material, which has a high service temperature, low heat storage capacity, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and good thermal insulation performance (the energy-saving effect is more than 60% that of traditional electric furnaces). It has a reasonable structure, with inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.

Temperature Control SystemClosed-loop thyristor module phase-shift trigger control. Output voltage, current or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, constant current and constant power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop; when load is suddenly applied or load current exceeds the limit, the regulator output current is restricted within the rated range to ensure stable operation. The voltage loop adjusts synchronously to maintain constant current and voltage with sufficient margin, protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring control precision and safety.

Precautions1. To extend the service life of the electric furnace, the recommended maximum heating/cooling rate is 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating will shorten the service life of heating elements);
2. No vacuum sealing structure, flammable and explosive gases are prohibited;
3. Minor cracks in the furnace chamber after use are normal and will not affect operation; cracks can be repaired with alumina coating;
4. Corrosive gases are not recommended; if strong corrosive gases containing S, Na, etc. need to be introduced, please inform in advance for special treatment of the furnace chamber;
5. Prevent high-temperature solution from leaking to the furnace bottom; isolation can be achieved with base plates or alumina powder;
6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry environment.
