Hydrogen Atmosphere Sintering Furnace

The VAF series 1700°C vacuum atmosphere furnace, as shown in the figure, integrates a temperature control system, vacuum furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas circuit, pressure protection, gas flow control, positive and negative pressure display, and water circulation pump into one unit. The water circulation tank and the furnace body are of a split-type design. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material.

It uses molybdenum wire as the heating element; it is a specialized device designed for laboratories in higher education institutions and research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, for sintering, melting, analyzing, and producing ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other chemical compound materials.

The control panel is equipped with a touch screen plus PLC intelligent control; intelligent temperature regulation, control power supply, main heating operation, voltage, current, water pump, vacuum pump, gas flow, positive and negative pressure, electric contact pressure gauge, and valves, so that the operating status of the system can be observed at any time. This product adopts a reliable integrated circuit, provides a good working environment, and is resistant to interference. At maximum temperature, the outer shell temperature of the furnace body is ≤40°C, greatly improving the working environment. With microcomputer program control, programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and the ability to modify temperature control parameters and programs during operation, it is flexible, convenient, and simple to operate.

Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C with no overshoot. Constant temperature accuracy: ±1°C. The heating rate is fast, with a maximum heating rate of ≤20°C/min.

The furnace chamber material is entirely made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material, which offers high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and good insulation performance. The structure is reasonable, with inner and outer double-layer furnace jackets and air cooling for heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the test cycle.
