Furnace StructureAir-cooled double-layer furnace structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions realize overall cold air circulation of the furnace shell, which cools the heating element conductive sheets before exhausting, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive sheets and ensuring a good working environment.
Furnace Door Opening ModeAxial 180° side opening, the furnace door can rotate 360° to prevent scalding the arm by the inner wall of the furnace door during high-temperature material taking. A stainless steel spring lock is installed under the furnace door for effective locking. The elasticity of the spring absorbs the expansion of refractory materials, ensuring free expansion and contraction of refractory materials and effective sealing.
Refractory MaterialFurnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material; positions prone to collision during material handling (furnace mouth, furnace bottom) are made of lightweight hollow sphere alumina board. It features high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating/cooling, excellent thermal insulation (energy-saving effect is more than 80% higher than old-fashioned electric furnaces).

Safety ProtectionAdopts an integrated module control unit with accurate control precision, designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection. It provides protection against overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple break, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start.
Temperature Control SystemUses closed-loop thyristor module phase-shift trigger control. Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable, with constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. The current loop serves as the inner loop and the voltage loop as the outer loop. When a load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the limit, the output current of the regulator is restricted within the rated range to ensure normal operation. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range (with sufficient adjustment margin), protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control effect and precision.

Temperature Curve SettingUses an intelligent temperature controller supporting multiple regulation modes such as standard PID, artificial intelligence adjustment (APID), and MPT. It has self-tuning and self-learning functions, with no overshoot or undershoot. Equipped with a 30-segment program control function, it enables heating and cooling control at any slope, and supports programmable/operable commands such as jump (cycle), run, pause, and stop. Program modification is allowed during operation. An artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm with curve fitting function is adopted to achieve smooth and stable curve control.
Multiple Curve Input30-segment program control function, which can be set as follows: 1 curve with 30 segments, 2 curves with 14 segments each, 3 curves with 9 segments each, 5 curves with 5 segments each; multiple curves can be input simultaneously and called arbitrarily during use.
