Technical Specifications:
- Long-term operating temperature ranges from room temperature to 1100-1200°C, allowing the furnace door to be opened for material placement under high-temperature conditions. The temperature can rise to 1200°C within 2 hours during linear heating.
- The furnace chamber is of a box type, with dimensions of 1300mm in depth, 800mm in width, and 600mm in height. Heating elements are evenly distributed on the bottom, rear, left, and right sides inside the chamber.
The furnace chamber exhibits excellent thermal insulation performance, resistance to thermal shock, no spalling, no collapse, tolerance to rapid heating and cooling, uniform temperature distribution, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction. - The seal between the furnace opening and the trolley adopts a step-cross sealing method combined with quartz sand knife-edge sealing.
- The trolley and furnace door are designed as an integrated unit, equipped with a power-off function when the door is opened. A frequency converter gear motor assembly and chain drive (frequency conversion + combined limit switches) are used to achieve quick startup and slow-stop functionality.
- The rear of the trolley is equipped with a ball-locking ring to secure the trolley and prevent it from sliding outward.
- The working height of the trolley is 500mm.
- The exterior of the electric furnace is designed with decorative panels finished with high-temperature baking paint, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- The furnace chamber material and heating elements are required to have strong resistance to rapid heating and cooling.
- A Z-shaped φ40mm exhaust outlet is located at the upper rear section, complete with a plug.
- Temperature control is achieved via a 10-inch touchscreen with programmable control, equipped with an SCR power regulator. Heating, holding, and cooling program curves can be set, and the program's operating status can be displayed on the touchscreen.
- Temperature control system: Siemens PLC control, PID adjustment, microcomputer control, programmable temperature control curves, no need for supervision (fully automatic heating, holding, and cooling).
- Control instruments: 2-channel temperature control, with thermocouples placed at the top of the furnace chamber—two for control and one for temperature measurement.
- Electrical components are from Schneider Electric. The manufacturer must provide 35 meters of compensation wires, control wires, and motor wires between the control cabinet and the furnace body. The load wires are to be prepared by the user, and assistance will be provided to route the control wires through the cable tray.
- Equipped with over-temperature protection and thermocouple break protection. In case of over-temperature or thermocouple breakage, the heating circuit of the electric furnace will automatically cut off.
- In the event of equipment malfunction, an alarm will be triggered, along with corresponding troubleshooting instructions.
